A mature, highly configurable platform for enterprise security awareness programs.

Infosec IQ is a web-based security awareness platform for organizations and managed service providers. It combines security training, simulated phishing campaigns, phishing email reporting, automated learner provisioning, personalized assignments, risk scoring, dashboards, and compliance-oriented reporting. Its audience includes security teams managing distributed workforces, regulated programs, divisions, regions, or clients through multi-tenant administration. The platform has been available since 2004 and is offered by Infosec, a division of Cengage Learning.
Campaign depth is a central strength. Infosec IQ includes more than 2,000 phishing templates, a drag-and-drop template builder, and PhishNotify reporting buttons for Microsoft Outlook and Google Gmail. Automated assignments can use department, hire date, role, and risk, while learner risk grades and behavior scoring help teams focus follow-up training. Standard includes unlimited security awareness training, unlimited phishing simulations, prebuilt dashboard reports, and training in 34+ languages. Enterprise adds LMS integration, SCORM support, custom reporting, and global administration. Infosec IQ + Skills adds an Infosec Skills team subscription with cybersecurity courses and cyber ranges.
The platform also fits organizations that need structured identity and systems integration. It supports Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, SCIM, LMS platforms, SIEM tools, business intelligence tools, Microsoft Outlook, Google Gmail, and an API. SSO learner authentication and multi-tenant administration strengthen its fit for larger or distributed deployments. Pricing is handled through contact with sales, so Infosec IQ is better suited to organizations evaluating a tailored enterprise rollout than teams seeking a simple self-serve purchase. Smaller organizations may prefer a narrower platform if they do not need extensive customization, reporting, integrations, or multi-tenant controls.
