Inficare RemitX is an enterprise money-transfer platform for banks, money-transfer operators, exchange houses, fintechs and payment providers. Founded in 2005, it covers customer and beneficiary onboarding, KYC/eKYC workflows, AML and sanctions screening, multi-currency transfers, FX, fees, approvals, payout connections, settlement, reconciliation, reporting and audit history. Branch, agent, web, mobile and partner operating models are supported through configurable corridors, limits, commissions, roles and controls. It fits mid-market and enterprise teams operating regulated domestic or international remittance services.
Pricing is custom and requires a sales contact; there is no free plan. The published feature set is broad for institutions that need operational control: branch and agent network management, transfer validation, transaction-status tracking, bank and payout-partner connections, wallet integrations, and configurable pricing rules. RemitX lists integrations with banking systems, payment gateways, identity verification providers, compliance providers, SMS and email services, accounting systems and REST APIs. API access includes REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks and sandbox access, while the integrations directory reports 100 integrations. This makes the platform a fit for organizations connecting existing financial, compliance and communication systems.
Security and governance capabilities include role-based access, multi-factor authentication, encryption and audit logs, with ISO 27001 and two-factor compliance entries. Email and phone support are available, and cloud deployment supports centralized administration. The trade-offs are important: deployment is web-only, and supported-country coverage is listed as 15 countries. RemitX suits established remitters that can engage sales, configure compliance and settlement processes, and operate within that geographic scope. Teams needing transparent self-serve pricing, broader country coverage or a non-web deployment should compare alternatives before choosing it.
