IndeForms is a field data-capture platform for inspections, audits, surveys and service visits. Administrators create forms in a web-based drag-and-drop builder, then dispatch them to agents on Android and iOS. Field workers can complete forms offline and capture photos, GPS data, OCR results, voice input and signatures, with submissions syncing when connectivity returns. The product fits small, mid-market and enterprise teams that need structured mobile collection away from a desk.
Pricing is freemium. The Basic plan costs $0 per month and includes unlimited forms and surveys, unlimited fields and basic form creation tools. Standard costs $40 per month or $480 per year, adding unlimited responses, Google Docs integration and custom thank-you pages. Enterprise costs $80 per month or $960 per year, adding PayPal payments, logic jumps, file uploads, custom domain support and Stripe integration. A 14-day free trial is also available.
