A governance-focused signage CMS for complex, multi-site campaigns.

Impress Plus is an enterprise digital signage content management system from Engagis for retail, corporate and other multi-site organisations. It brings media asset management, template creation, playlists, campaign scheduling, targeting, publishing and media player management into a cloud deployment. Content can include audio, YouTube, clickthrough elements, iframes, social media and custom HTML templates. Its positioning fits teams managing distributed screens that need structured approvals, permissions and reporting rather than basic playback alone.
The platform’s strongest area is campaign governance. Teams can create, schedule, share and publish campaigns, route content through approval workflows, and apply single sign-on, custom user roles and role-based permissions. Conditional content can respond to weather, beacons and third-party APIs, while proof-of-play, occupancy and compliance reporting support operational review. Custom integrations extend the system into DAM, identity, workflow and content environments, including Adobe AEM, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, POS systems and CRM platforms. These capabilities make Impress Plus a strong fit for complex publishing processes and large networks with distinct stakeholders.
Pricing is handled through contact sales across three subscription tiers. Starter is aimed at growing networks beginning with an enterprise CMS, Professional at mid-to-large retail and corporate networks, and Enterprise at national networks with complex security and governance requirements. The platform supports web and Windows, with integrations for Windows media players, Chrome OS, SoC panels and LED controllers. Engagis lists Australian hosting, ISO 27001 certification, SSO support, email, phone and ticket support, plus 24/7 support. Choose Impress Plus when approvals, targeting, identity and reporting are central requirements; choose a narrower tool if broad platform coverage or a simpler purchasing path matters more.
