IMPACTr is a web-based ERP and impact-management platform for nonprofit organizations, associations, foundations and philanthropic actors. It brings project and activity management, budget planning, accounting and expense tracking, beneficiary, donor and partner management, volunteer coordination, impact indicators, notifications and collaboration into one hosted solution. The scope suits budget-conscious teams that want basic impact tracking alongside operational and reporting workflows, rather than a tool dedicated only to outcome measurement.

The pricing structure combines free access with per-user organization plans. The S plan is listed at $60 per user, M at $50 per user and L at $40 per user. Each organization tier highlights premium hosting, public reports, updates and premium support. IMPACTr also offers a Volunteer Plan at MXN 0 per user, with tools to log and track volunteer actions, earn points, share actions on social networks and redeem points for rewards. The published plans therefore separate organization management from volunteer participation, while the paid tiers add service and reporting features around the core platform.

Its main strength is breadth within nonprofit operations: teams can connect project activity, budgets, expenses, impact indicators, donors, beneficiaries, partners and volunteers, then generate activity and donor reports. Collaboration between funders and organizations, public reporting and volunteer rewards extend the platform beyond internal administration. The trade-off is a web-only product with a focused nonprofit-management scope. Organizations seeking integrations, forms, portal workflows or mobile access should compare alternatives. IMPACTr is a sensible fit for teams that value a wide operational feature set and low-entry pricing, but less suitable when ecosystem connectivity or multiple access channels are central requirements.
