Imagicle Call Recording is a business call recording product for contact centers, regulated organizations, midsize companies, and enterprises. It supports Cisco platforms and Microsoft Teams, with always-on and on-demand recording modes. Teams can pause and resume recording when handling sensitive information, then use web-based search, playback, downloads, tags, and notes to review conversations. Cloud, on-premises, and hybrid deployment options give organizations flexibility around how the service fits their environment.

Its strongest area is governance and quality management. Encrypted storage, role-based access controls, configurable retention policies, legal hold, audit trails, tamper detection, and PII redaction address the operational needs of teams that must control recorded conversations over time. Agent scoring and quality management extend the product beyond basic capture, while searchable archives make recordings more practical for reviews, investigations, and coaching. Organizations choosing Imagicle should still account for the effort involved in defining retention, access, and redaction policies before rollout.

The integration footprint is particularly relevant for Cisco and communications environments that also use Microsoft Teams or Webex Calling. Supported connections include Cisco UCM, BroadWorks, Cisco CCME/CUBE, and SIPREC media gateways. Optional Imagicle Voice Analytics or Recording AI Insights capabilities add transcription, conversation summaries, sentiment analysis, keyword spotting, and agent-performance analysis, but these capabilities are positioned as add-ons rather than necessarily part of the base recording license. Pricing is contact-sales, and the published offer includes a 30-day trial. Choose Imagicle for controlled recording and QA workflows across supported platforms; consider an alternative if you need a simpler standalone recorder or require AI capabilities in the core license.
