iKnow Church is cloud-based church management software for churches, leaders, administrators and ministry teams. It combines contact management, child and youth check-in, safeguarding, events, attendance reporting, finance, room booking, communication and a mobile app. Its strongest fit is a small church that needs structured safeguarding records alongside weekly child check-in, rather than a narrowly focused attendance tool or a platform designed primarily around broad deployment requirements.

Pricing is organised by member count and monthly or annual billing. The Under 50 members plan costs GBP 22 per month or GBP 220 per year, with unlimited free children and 100 free contacts. The 51–100 members plan costs GBP 33 per month or GBP 330 per year and includes 300 free contacts. The 101–150 members plan costs GBP 44 per month or GBP 440 per year, with 450 free contacts. The 151–200 members plan costs GBP 55 per month or GBP 550 per year and includes 800 free contacts. Annual pricing is shown as 12 months for the price of 10, and a 30-day free trial is available. Pricing includes VAT.

For safeguarding-led check-in, the feature set is substantial: parents and children can be verified with barcodes, children can be identified with wristbands, and guardian, family and medical information can be available during check-in. Attendance reports support PDF and CSV export, while safeguarding concerns and DBS management extend beyond simple sign-in records. Event invitations, attendance tracking, multi-location metrics and a member app broaden the platform’s role. However, check-in is kiosk-only and the platform is web-based. Churches wanting varied check-in modes or a more expansive ecosystem may prefer a different fit; smaller churches seeking integrated child check-in and safeguarding administration should consider iKnow Church.

iKnow Church pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Barcode verification, wristbands and guardian information support safer check-in.
    • Safeguarding, DBS management and medical records sit alongside attendance tools.
    • PDF and CSV reports plus multi-location attendance metrics support oversight.
  • Where it doesn't
    • Check-in is kiosk-only rather than offering multiple check-in modes.
    • The platform is web-based, with integrations limited to three listed options.
    • There is no free plan, and pricing rises with member-count bands.
