iCare Data Recovery is Windows software for restoring deleted, formatted, inaccessible, RAW and lost-partition data. It is aimed at home users, workstation users and technicians who need to scan hard drives, external drives, USB flash drives, memory cards, digital cameras, Android phones, laptops or desktops. Supported Windows versions include Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista and XP, along with listed Windows Server releases.

Its main strength is breadth within Windows storage recovery. Deleted-file recovery, deep sector-by-sector scanning, RAW-drive recovery and lost-partition recovery cover several common failure scenarios. The feature set also includes formatted-drive and memory-card recovery, file previews before saving, and recovery from BitLocker-encrypted drives. RAID 1 and RAID 5 support gives it a clearer fit for users working with supported array configurations, while its source coverage extends across SD formats, CompactFlash, memory sticks, external hard drives and USB devices.

The pricing structure separates personal, workstation and company use. Home License costs US$89.99 per PC per year and includes one PC, home use, unlimited data recovery and free technical support. Premium License costs US$169.99 per two PCs per year and adds home and workstation use. Unlimited License costs US$999.99 annually for a company license, with unlimited PCs and years within the company, technician and IT service use, unlimited recovery and lifetime free upgrades. A free edition is also available, with recovery limits differing by edition and mode. Choose iCare Data Recovery for Windows-focused recovery with RAID and BitLocker requirements; users needing another operating system should look elsewhere.
