iBabs is a meeting management and board portal platform for businesses, educational institutions, healthcare organisations, councils and voluntary organisations. It brings agenda and meeting pack building, document distribution, minutes, action and decision tracking, voting, approvals and governance reporting into one environment. Access is available through the web, Windows, iOS and Android, with offline access also included in the product description. Boards and committees that need a formal record of decisions, follow-up work and voting outcomes are the clearest fit.

Governance depth is the standout feature. iBabs supports agenda templates, meeting minutes and minute distribution, document markup and annotations, approval workflows, dossiers, calendar management and reminders. Voting can be manual, live or anonymous, while dashboards provide governance reporting. Optional modules add public portals, streaming and AI-generated transcripts, summaries and minutes. This makes the product more suitable for structured board and committee processes than for teams seeking only a lightweight calendar and meeting-notes tool.

Platform fit is broad, particularly for organisations already working with Microsoft or Google services. Integrations include Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office, Entra ID and Google Workspace and Google Drive; Okta and SURFconext are also listed. Video conferencing is included, and an on-premise deployment is available through sales. According to the vendor's pricing page, the buying process uses an organisation and user selector rather than published plan prices, so evaluation should include a direct pricing discussion. iBabs suits organisations that value governance controls, reporting and formal meeting records; teams needing a simple scheduling-focused product may prefer a narrower tool.
