i-net Clear Reports serves developers and business users who need to design, view, schedule, and distribute reports from databases, files, and web services. Its visual designer supports drag-and-drop elements, formulas, charts, and crosstabs, while browser-based ad hoc reporting adds AI-assisted report creation. Teams can publish dashboards, manage report access by users and groups, and deliver recurring reports by email. A desktop Designer, browser access, server deployment, and APIs make it suitable for small, mid-market, and enterprise environments that need scheduled reporting and invoice output.

Pricing uses server licensing rather than per-user billing. Single Server Standard costs $1,690 one time per physical server and CPU, with basic reporting plus unlimited users and reports. Single Server Plus costs $2,190 one time and adds Report Drive, Task Planner, PDF signing, and advanced caching. Optional annual subscriptions cost $890 for Standard Premium Support and Update Subscription or $1,290 for Plus Premium Support and Update Subscription. Private Cloud Plus costs $4,950 per year and includes Plus features with private cloud hosting on one node. A 90-day free trial is available, and prices are shown in USD excluding VAT.

Integration breadth is a central strength: JDBC, ODBC, LDAP, Active Directory, OAuth, Java API, .NET API, and WebAPI support connections, identity, and application embedding. Reports export to PDF, Excel, CSV, HTML, and other formats, while Crystal Reports templates can be reused. ZUGFeRD/Factur-X and Peppol output supports machine-readable electronic invoices, and two-factor authentication adds a stated security control. The trade-off is cost and licensing structure: organizations wanting a low-cost, per-user SaaS model may find the server fee difficult to justify, while teams needing round-the-clock support will need another option. Choose Clear Reports when scheduled delivery, developer integration, and document output matter more than minimal licensing overhead.
