Our verdict on Hyperline
Hyperline is a cloud revenue platform for software and technology companies managing subscription, usage-based, credit-based, and hybrid pricing. It combines real-time usage metering with prepaid credits, pricing rules, quotes, invoicing, payment collection, dunning, collections, and revenue operations. Finance, revenue operations, go-to-market, and engineering teams can use its APIs, webhooks, warehouse connectors, and CSV imports to connect usage data with invoices and dashboards.
Pricing starts with the Launch plan at $299 per month, plus 0.7% of revenue processed. Launch includes subscriptions and recurring billing, CPQ quotes and e-signature, automated invoicing and payments, dunning and collections, and core integrations. Growth adds usage-based and hybrid pricing, revenue recognition, multi-currency billing, and priority support, while Scale adds multi-entity consolidation, advanced approvals and controls, custom contracts and SLAs, and a dedicated success manager. Growth and Scale have custom pricing. Hyperline is therefore a fit for teams that need more than basic recurring billing, but its paid-only structure and Launch fee may not suit early-stage companies with low billing volume.
Its ecosystem covers BigQuery, Snowflake, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, Stripe, GoCardless, Mollie, Airwallex, QuickBooks, Xero, Pennylane, and NetSuite. The platform is available through the web and API, with features for tiered, volume, graduated, per-unit, and hybrid pricing, plus usage consumption dashboards and event exports. Choose Hyperline when credit balances, metered products, payment workflows, and varied data sources need to work together. Teams seeking a free plan, simple recurring billing, or a clearly priced full-tier catalog should consider a more limited billing tool instead.
