A focused, low-cost ITAM system for hardware, licences, maintenance and employee assignments.

HRsuite IT Asset Management is a hosted browser application for IT teams managing hardware and software licences. It brings asset registration, barcode tags, serial numbers, warranty dates, purchase costs and vendor records into one system. Teams can assign equipment to employees, record condition checks and checkout history, and provide an employee self-service portal for assigned assets and repair requests. It suits organisations that want structured IT asset records without extending into a broad platform ecosystem.
The published pricing shows a 1-year plan at ₹2,999 per year, with hosting on the vendor’s server, a custom domain, free HTTPS, updates, backups and support. Two-year and three-year plans are also listed with the same included services, while their separate prices are not shown. There is no free plan. The hosted model reduces the need to manage infrastructure, and browser access supports phones, tablets and PCs. Teams should still confirm the commercial terms for longer commitments before choosing a plan.
Its main strength is breadth within core ITAM workflows. Barcode-based registration and phone audits support inventory control, while software catalogue and licence tracking cover seats and utilisation. Maintenance and repair tickets record downtime, parts and costs; alerts cover warranties, licence expiry and seat utilisation. Disposal records, recovered value, book-value snapshots, and exportable asset, depreciation and licence-compliance reports extend the lifecycle view. The trade-off is a narrow platform footprint: it is web-only and does not list integrations. HRsuite fits teams prioritising inventory, assignments, licences and lifecycle records at a low annual price; teams needing connected workflows across other systems should consider a broader ITAM option.
