HREvio is a cloud HR system for small and midsize businesses that need a central place for employee profiles, organizational structures, compensation history, and time-off administration. Its scope covers employee records, departments, manager approvals, leave accruals and carryover, public-holiday calendars, and per-record activity logs. The published plans support teams of up to 250 employees and use flat monthly pricing rather than per-seat billing, making the product a focused fit for organizations with straightforward HR administration needs.

Pricing starts at €29 per month, billed monthly, on the Starter plan. Starter includes employee self-service; leave, compensation, and holidays; GDPR and an audit log; and email support. Standard costs €49 per month and lists the same highlights. Professional costs €99 per month and includes everything in Standard plus priority support. A 30-day trial is available without a credit card. Prices are shown in EUR and exclude applicable VAT. After the trial, accounts enter read-only mode before archival, so teams should plan a subscription if they need ongoing editing.

HREvio’s main strength is its narrow focus on core employee administration and leave workflows. It is available through the web as a cloud deployment, with databases, backups, and application servers hosted in EU data centers. GDPR support and activity logs add useful administrative controls for teams managing personnel records. The trade-off is breadth: onboarding, performance, time tracking, reporting, mobile apps, and integrations are not current modules. Choose HREvio for employee records and time-off management; consider another HR system if broader workforce operations or a wider platform ecosystem are priorities.

    • No mobile apps or integrations
    • No free plan after the 30-day trial
