HR365 is a cloud-based human resources and payroll platform from Briley Group for Indian organizations. It brings together payroll processing, statutory compliance reporting, employee records, documents, leave, attendance, onboarding, offboarding, self-service workflows, and analytics. Employees can view payslips and leave balances, update profiles, and submit requests, while managers can approve leave and monitor attendance. Web, iOS, and Android access support use across office and mobile workflows.
Pricing is paid-only, with a listed starting price of INR 399 per month. The Booster plan is priced at INR 399 per month and includes Core HR, Payroll Management, and Employee Self Service. Standard is priced at INR 1,799 per month and adds Leave and Attendance management, Loan Management, and Document Management alongside Core HR, Payroll Management, and Employee Self Service. The Standard plan also has an additional per-employee-per-month charge, so teams should assess total cost against workforce size. The Startup plan is available as a named tier, while its listed price and feature set are not included here.
Attendance is a standout area, with biometric, facial-recognition, GPS, and geofencing options. HR365 also supports configurable approval processes, letter generation, employee onboarding and offboarding, and payroll, HR, and workforce analytics. These capabilities make it a strong fit for Indian teams that want payroll and attendance connected to broader HR administration. Teams seeking a free HR tool, or organizations that do not operate around INR-based India-focused workflows, should consider alternatives better aligned with those needs.
