HR Pillar is a web-based HR platform for organizations managing employee records, time off, onboarding, documents, performance, goals and engagement. Its scope suits small teams that want core HR administration alongside lightweight people-management workflows. Employees can maintain self-service profiles, follow reporting lines in an org chart, submit time-off requests, complete onboarding tasks and use document e-sign workflows. AI features support writing assistance, analysis and an AI copilot.
The product is organized into three paid tiers. Starter covers the core HRIS, directory, org chart, time-off calendar, documents, onboarding tasks and AI writing assistance. Growth adds performance management, goals, 1:1s, surveys, engagement analysis, custom fields and granular access. Enterprise moves into administrative control and governance with SSO, advanced RBAC, audit and compliance exports, a dedicated success manager, and custom AI credits and workflows.
