HoudiniEsq is legal practice management software for law firms, in-house counsel, agencies, government organizations, and solo practitioners. It brings together matter and case management, document management, calendaring, court docketing, workflow automation, billing, invoicing, time and expense tracking, trust accounting, reporting, client intake, and a secure client portal. The product supports local deployment and cloud use across web, Windows, macOS, and Linux, with an API for broader connectivity.
Pricing is the clearest differentiator. The Solo Practitioners License is a perpetual free license for solo practitioners. The Cloud & Beyond plan is listed at $48 per user per month with monthly billing or $576 per user per year with annual billing, and both versions are all-inclusive with unlimited users.
