HoorayHR is cloud-based HR software for small and growing businesses, particularly companies with 5 to 150 employees. It brings employee records, contracts, documents, leave and absence management, onboarding, time registration, expenses, reporting and performance processes into one system. Employees can use web and mobile self-service tools to request leave, report absence, submit expenses and record hours. Its company-size fit is small and mid-market, with deployment across cloud and mobile platforms.

Pricing is structured around a Core plan at €7.50 per user per month, billed monthly, with a minimum of 10 users. Core includes digital personnel files, leave and sick-leave registration, onboarding and offboarding workflows, document generation and signing, HR analytics and reporting, and 50+ integrations. Plus costs €9.25 per user per month and adds a dedicated success manager, API access and SSO, reviews and 360-degree feedback, own branding, multi-language support, and included multi-entity and expenses add-ons. Time tracking costs €1.50 per user per month, while the travel expenses add-on costs €0.50 per user per month. A 14-day free trial is available.

The platform fits organizations that want connected HR administration rather than a narrow employee-records tool. Integrations cover payroll, accounting, recruitment, calendars, CRM and workplace tools, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Nmbrs, AFAS, Exact Online, Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Calendar. The API supports custom system connections, while employees can track time through the web, mobile app or QR code. Support is available through email, chat, phone and documentation. GDPR, ISO 27001 and two-factor authentication are listed compliance and security signals. HoorayHR suits European SMBs that value modular coverage and ecosystem connectivity; companies seeking a simpler tool or an all-inclusive base plan should account for the paid add-ons and Plus-only capabilities.
