Hone is a people-development platform for HR and learning and development teams running workplace skills programs. It combines live, instructor-led virtual classes with AI lessons, roleplays, coaching, assessments, learner analytics, reporting, and program-management tools. The platform supports managers, individual contributors, senior leaders, and company-wide audiences, with topics including leadership, communication, feedback, performance management, collaboration, and AI transformation. Its private cohort model makes it a fit for organizations that want structured participation rather than an on-demand course library.
The published plans show two buying paths. Hone Membership is an annual per-learner subscription with unlimited live classes, AI-powered learning and coaching, and tools for learner management, communication, and reporting.
