Our verdict on HOMEi PM
HOMEi PM is a web-based property management dashboard for UK landlords and property managers, with a particular focus on rental compliance and administration. Its feature set covers Section 13 rent increase tracking, Section 8 evidence pack building, tenant-led digital inspections, maintenance requests, notices, documents, deadlines, tenant messaging and compliance reports. Tenants connect through the separate HOMEi app to report repairs, complete guided inspections and access tenancy documents. It is aimed at smaller property portfolios and letting agents involved in early co-design partnerships.
Pricing is straightforward. The Monthly plan costs £15 per month and includes every feature for up to 5 properties, with cancellation at any time. The Annual plan costs £150 per year, includes the same feature set and property limit, and includes two and a half months on the company when paid yearly. An Early access plan includes every feature free while the product remains in early access. The product is therefore suited to landlords who want compliance tools without committing to a larger property-management suite.
Its strongest fit is a compliance-led workflow: landlords can organise rent-increase tracking, evidence packs, inspections, maintenance requests, notices and deadline alerts in one web dashboard. The narrower scope matters, however. HOMEi PM does not provide verified rent collection, accounting, lease management or integrations, and it has no mobile apps. Choose it if UK compliance records, tenant communication and maintenance tracking are the main priorities; choose an alternative if financial administration, connected systems, lease workflows or mobile access are central to the operation.
