Our verdict on Home Service One
Home Service One is a web-based home-services operations platform with a snow module for snow removal companies and other field-service businesses. It is designed for firms managing customers, properties, programs, rounds, jobs and crews across one or multiple brands and locations. Snow-focused capabilities include weather-triggered dispatch, priority-ranked routes for plow and sidewalk crews, live crew dispatch tracking, timestamped completion photos, service records, customer notifications and several billing models.
Its pricing is organized by functional hubs, all billed monthly per location. Operations Hub costs $399 per location per month and includes customers, programs and rounds; jobs, routing and scheduling; billing and a customer portal; and transactional service texts and emails. Sales Hub costs $199 and adds estimates, pipeline and follow-ups, plus pay-by-link. Marketing Hub and Finance Hub each cost $249, covering campaigns and Google Business Profile integration in Marketing, and receivables aging, revenue goals, deferred revenue and QuickBooks sync in Finance. The full bundle costs $999 per location per month and includes all four hubs.
