Hively is a web-based customer feedback tool for teams that interact with customers through email, CRMs, help desks, websites, phone calls, training, and other touchpoints. Customers can submit one-click smiley ratings or detailed comments, while teams can collect feedback through rating requests, snippets, QR codes, and Thanks buttons. It suits small teams that want a focused way to monitor customer happiness and recognize team performance without adopting a broader product-management platform.
The published plans show a free option with unlimited ratings, up to 3 users, and Team member Buzz. The Monthly plan costs $15 per month and adds multiple teams, multiple languages for ratings, custom branding and messaging, advanced reporting capabilities, and priority support. The Annual plan costs $13 per month when billed annually and includes the same listed additions. Hively's pricing page also shows a base subscription price plus a per-user charge, so teams should review the full subscription calculation before choosing a paid tier.
Hively connects with Gmail, Outlook, CodeTwo, Crossware, Exclaimer, Autotask, ConnectWise, Kustomer, Salesforce, UserVoice, Dynamics 365, HappyFox, Help Scout, Freshdesk, and Kayako. Its feature set covers customer happiness and team performance reporting, alerts and email summaries, leaderboards and rankings, custom feedback fields, branding, and Buzz recognition. The approach remains narrow: the product uses a three-option smiley rating system rather than conventional NPS, and it does not provide portals, feature requests, roadmaps, or AI analysis. Choose Hively for accessible ratings and service-workflow integrations; choose an alternative when product feedback planning or deeper analysis is central.
