HeyHelp review
Gmail-native sorting and voice-matched drafts, with paid plans and no auto-send.

HeyHelp brings AI email handling into Gmail for individuals and teams that rely on Google's email service. It can sort, label and archive incoming messages, draft replies in the user's voice, manage follow-ups and create draft calendar events from email context. Its self-learning feature uses writing style, workflows and corrections, while an AI knowledge base can provide context for replies. Buyers can choose Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic models. The focus is practical inbox work rather than automatic sending: replies remain drafts, so people retain control over what goes out.
Pricing has two approaches. Pro costs $12 per user per month with annual billing or $20 per user per month with monthly billing. Both include no API key requirement, no API quota limit under the all-inclusive offer, integrations with Gemini, Anthropic and OpenAI, AI sorting, tagging and archiving, drafts, and self-learning. Connect is a $199 one-time plan: customers bring their own API key and pay for usage, while retaining access to the listed model integrations and email features. A seven-day trial is available without a credit card. The choice is between predictable all-inclusive Pro pricing and Connect's separate API usage costs.
Gmail and Google Calendar are the listed productivity integrations, and the service is web-only. That makes it a closer fit for Gmail-centered workflows than for people who need other email platforms or native desktop or mobile apps. Its combination of triage, draft replies, follow-up handling and calendar-event drafts suits users who want help across several inbox tasks; it is less suited to buyers seeking automatic sending or a tool independent of Gmail. Email and documentation are the stated support channels.
