Our verdict on HeroMed
HeroMed is an AI-powered practice management platform for medical and allied-health practices. Its appointment-reminder tools send booking confirmations and reminders through email, SMS and WhatsApp, with rescheduling links, configurable sending times, delivery reporting, consent tracking and message-history logging. The wider platform also includes scheduling, patient records, digital intake and consent, clinical workflows, invoicing and AI-assisted documentation. It is best suited to practices that want reminders connected to operational and patient-record workflows rather than a standalone messaging tool.
Pricing is structured around the Core AI platform. Solo costs $49 per practice per month for 1 user and 1,500 AI credits per month. Team costs $99 per practice per month for 2–5 users and 3,000 AI credits per month. Practice costs $249 per practice per month for 6–20 users and 7,500 AI credits per month. Enterprise supports 20+ users or groups with a custom AI credit allowance, custom integrations and volume pricing.
