Hermes Haven is a cloud hosting service for Hermes agent runtimes, aimed at individuals and teams who want managed operations rather than maintaining the underlying host themselves. Its focus is continuity: agent configuration, memory, conversations, skills, and working files persist, while monitoring and automatic restart address routine runtime failures. The web-based service also includes messaging and API channel configuration, speech-to-text and text-to-speech services, and human support. A 15-day trial is available without a credit card, according to the vendor's pricing information.
The plan ladder mainly changes capacity and support. Starter includes one agent, 1 GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 5 GB storage, and email support; Plus keeps the same agent and compute allowances, doubles storage to 10 GB, and adds chat support. Pro allows three agents, each with 2 GB RAM and 2 vCPU, 20 GB storage, and priority support. Enterprise allows ten agents with the same per-agent compute, 40 GB storage, a 99.5% SLA, and dedicated support. The published starting price is 9, but the currency and billing period are not specified here, so compare the plan terms before choosing based on cost.
Persistence and routine operations are the clearest reasons to consider the service: backup and restore workflows, tested Hermes and platform updates, and automatic restart reduce the operational work of running an agent. The managed model proxy can route access through the service or use customer-provided API keys, and OpenAI-compatible endpoints are supported. Telegram is the named integration; the channel configuration also supports messaging and API channels. Grenoble, France is identified as the hosting location. Choose Hermes Haven if managed hosting, persistent data, and recovery workflows matter more than broad agent compatibility; look elsewhere if you need a different named agent runtime or a wider stated messaging integration set.
