A broad, Microsoft-aligned help desk for Windows-based internal service teams.

HelpMaster is an on-premise help desk and IT service management platform for internal IT teams, service desks, facilities teams, schools, aged-care organizations, and general businesses. Its scope covers help desk ticketing, a service request catalog, a web portal for staff and clients, searchable knowledge management, workflow automation, email-to-ticket conversion, SLA tracking, asset records, approval workflows, and reports and statistics. Windows desktop functionality complements the web portal, making the product a natural fit for organizations operating Windows-based internal support desks.
Its strongest advantage is breadth within a single service desk system. Teams can connect incoming email to tickets, publish self-service information through the portal and knowledge base, define and report on SLAs, maintain asset records, and route work through approvals and designed processes. The Microsoft ecosystem fit is also clear: listed integrations include Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and SQL Server, with Google Workspace included as well. Organizations that want ticketing, self-service, identity integration, reporting, and asset management in one on-premise environment should find this combination relevant.
Licensing offers a Small team option for three or fewer licenses, a Named License for more than three licenses, and a Concurrent License for shared concurrent access. The published pricing information describes paid on-premise deployments and offers yearly and six-monthly payment options. Evaluation access requires contacting PRD Software. HelpMaster is therefore a strong candidate for Windows-centered organizations that need more than basic ticket intake, particularly where workflows, approvals, assets, and Microsoft integrations matter. Teams seeking a free plan, a broader platform range, or a cloud-first deployment should consider alternatives.
