Our verdict on HedgeArc

HedgeArc is a suite for hedge fund managers and their finance, operations and investor-relations teams. Its applications cover fund analytics, due-diligence questionnaires, budgeting, reconciliations, partnership allocations and expense management. Fund Analytics handles return, risk, benchmark and drawdown analysis; DDQ organizes question libraries and approved answers; and Hedge Budget supports fund and management-company planning. The suite is positioned for small, mid-market and enterprise firms, with applications available independently or through outsourced CFO engagements.

Published pricing shows three applications at $499 per year, billed annually. Fund Analytics Professional Edition includes performance and risk analytics, fund and benchmark analysis, Excel, PDF and Word reports, optional AI commentary, and local desktop data storage. DDQ adds document imports, version history, controlled answer repositories and optional AI drafting. Hedge Budget covers expense budgets, budget-to-actual reporting, break-even AUM, cash flow, and hiring or operating scenarios. Partnership Allocations, Reconciliation and Expense Management are also part of the suite, while their pricing is offered through tailored annual licenses rather than a displayed public amount.

Platform fit is a key consideration. Fund Analytics is delivered as Windows desktop software with local data storage, and email is the listed support channel. Reconciliation connects administrator, OMS and prime-broker records through position, price, cash, dividend and P&L reviews, while reporting can produce Excel and PDF packages. Funds seeking a focused combination of analytics, DDQ control and finance workflows at a low entry price should consider HedgeArc.
