Our verdict on HealR
HealR is an agentic AI site reliability engineering platform from AutonomOps AI for SRE and DevOps teams. It brings incident investigation, metrics and logs analysis, root-cause analysis, infrastructure topology mapping, blast-radius analysis, runbook automation, and operational dashboards into one platform. Teams managing AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, or mixed observability environments can use it through the web, REST API, official SDKs, or self-hosted deployment options.
Pricing follows a freemium model with a free plan and a 14-day trial. Starter includes one data source integration, 100 Agent Chat queries per month, three Agentic War Room sessions per month, seven-day data retention, basic dashboards, and community support. Professional costs $199 per month and adds five integrations, unlimited Agentic War Room sessions and Agent Chat, Dashboard GPT, advanced root-cause analysis and correlations, and 30-day retention. Unlimited costs $399 per month and adds unlimited integrations, predictive intelligence, custom AI agent training, advanced blast-radius analysis, proactive anomaly prevention, and 90-day retention. Enterprise adds on-premise or VPC deployment, custom model fine-tuning, unlimited retention, compliance capabilities, and custom integrations and APIs.
HealR’s main depth is incident-focused analysis: natural-language queries, evidence correlation, dependency analysis, predictive intelligence, and automated runbooks address investigation and response rather than only alert display. Its integration set includes Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, PagerDuty, Slack, OpenTelemetry, Terraform, and the three major cloud platforms. The trade-off is that meaningful scale and governance depend on higher tiers, while Starter has narrow limits on data sources, queries, sessions, and retention. Teams wanting incident automation across multiple clouds should consider HealR; those needing only basic monitoring or a simple alerting workflow may prefer a narrower tool.
