Hatica is an engineering analytics and management platform for software development teams. It brings together dashboards for work activity, developer experience, delivery, projects, teams, services, and DORA metrics. Engineering and delivery leaders can use it to review deployment frequency, change failure rate, cycle time, mean time to restore, velocity, throughput, capacity, sprint delivery, and team wellbeing. Its audience ranges from small teams to enterprise organizations that need shared visibility across engineering work.

The plan structure gives smaller teams a practical entry point. The Free plan includes activity dashboards, unlimited team members, unlimited data sources, DevEx surveys, automated stand-ups, and custom check-ins. The published plans show Pro at $19 per member per month, adding DORA, velocity, activity, throughput, and wellbeing dashboards, team-level metrics, manager views, goals, automations, an Events API, and single sign-on. Business costs $29 per member per month and adds project and sprint dashboards, focus and investments, S.P.A.C.E. metrics, organization-level metrics, and build-your-own dashboards. Enterprise adds self-hosted or private-cloud deployment, custom metrics, custom integrations, data-warehouse sync, and phone and video support.

Hatica's ecosystem fit is a notable strength. Connectors cover GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Outlook, and Google Calendar. Teams can also use automated stand-ups, scheduled reports, goals, custom queries, configurable dashboards, and an Events API for deployment events and custom metrics. SAML single sign-on supports Azure, Google, and Okta configuration guidance, while deployment options include cloud and self-hosted environments. Choose Hatica if you want free activity dashboards that can expand into broad engineering analytics; choose an alternative if open-source software or advanced metrics on the free plan is essential.
