Harvest combines project and task time tracking with timesheets, billing, expense management, and business reporting. It is aimed at freelancers, small businesses, professional-services firms, and larger teams that need to connect recorded hours with invoices or profitability. Time can be captured through web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and browser interfaces, with timers, timesheets, calendar-connected entries, reminders, and offline mobile tracking that synchronizes later.

Pricing starts with a Free plan at $0 forever for 1 seat and 2 projects. It includes time tracking, invoicing, expense tracking, and Mac and iOS apps. The Teams plan costs $9 per seat per month with annual billing and adds unlimited seats, team reporting, invoicing, and accounting and payment integrations. Enterprise costs $14 per seat per month with annual billing and adds unlimited custom reports, profitability reporting, timesheet approvals, an activity log, and SAML-based SSO. Enterprise Plus adds custom integrations, product customization, dedicated customer success, custom onboarding and training, assisted data migration, and white labelling. A 30-day free trial is also available.

Harvest’s main strength is breadth around billable work: teams can track project hours, review and lock timesheets, report on billable and non-billable time, create invoices, track expenses, and export data in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats. Integrations include Asana, Basecamp, Slack, Google Chrome, Trello, Jira, Outlook.com, Microsoft Edge, Zapier, and ClickUp, while extensions are available for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Choose Harvest when invoicing and operational reporting matter alongside time capture. Teams seeking only lightweight personal tracking may find its project, approval, and billing scope unnecessary.
