Hapi is an employee benefits and engagement platform from Personal Group for employers and their workforces. It brings benefits, discounts, wellbeing services, recognition, rewards, communications and analytics into one experience. Employees can use the web platform or native iOS and Android apps to access a central benefits hub, select flexible benefits and receive notifications. Employers can customise branding, communicate with employees, manage benefits and review engagement trends. It is a strong fit for organisations that want employees to access benefits and perks across desktop and mobile.
Hapi offers a Standard Package and a Bespoke Package. The Standard Package includes web, iOS and Android access, employee discounts, recognition and rewards, a benefits hub, an analytics dashboard, and feedback and surveys. The Bespoke Package includes everything in Standard, then adds rewards and gifting, HR consultancy, onsite rollout, integrated benefits and employee cash plans. Pricing is custom-built and requires a quote.
