HandiFox Online is cloud inventory management software for small and growing businesses that need to manage stock across locations from the web or mobile apps. Barcode-based receiving and counting, purchasing and sales transactions, and picking and packing workflows make it suited to teams that handle physical stock in day-to-day operations. Its focus on Android and iOS inventory work is a fit for mobile-first teams, particularly those that already rely on QuickBooks Online for accounting synchronization.
The plans add capabilities in stages. Start costs $59 per month and includes barcode scanning, inventory counting, auto-replenishment, purchase receipts linked to purchase orders, and Android and iOS apps. Optima costs $105 per month and adds inventory transfers, invoices, customer management, and inventory, purchasing, and sales reports. Pro costs $159 per month and adds sales orders, picking and packing, serial, lot, and expiration tracking, manufacturing, and a B2B portal. There is a 14-day free trial, but no free plan.
