Hamara HR is a workforce management platform for Indian businesses, covering core HR, employee records, payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, training and employee lifecycle workflows. It is aimed at startups, growing teams and larger organizations that need one system for employee information, organizational structures, documents, approvals and workforce administration. Employees can access self-service capabilities, while HR teams can manage records, joining, transfers, promotions and exits from a centralized environment.
The published plans show three tiers with contact-sales pricing. Starter includes Core HR, Attendance and Time Management, Leave Management, Employee Engagement, Training and Upskilling, and Employee Benefits. Premium adds Task Management, Payroll Management, Retail Management, Geo Tagging and Geo-Fencing, and Expense Management. Enterprise adds Customisations, Asset Management, Custom Workflows and Custom Integrations.
