It brings together member CRM, membership plans, GST invoicing, PDF receipts, QR attendance, lead tracking, callback tasks, WhatsApp follow-ups, workout and diet planning, online renewals, and P&L reporting. The product is suited to operators that want member administration, sales follow-up, billing, and attendance in one workflow across web, iOS, and Android access.
Pricing is structured for both small operators and gyms that prefer fixed subscriptions. Pay-as-you-Go — Micro-gyms costs ₹8 per member per month for 1–25 members, while Pay-as-you-Go — Growing gyms costs ₹6 per member per month for 26–50 members; both include starter-tier features and no commitment. Starter Fixed costs ₹333 per month with unlimited members, CRM, GST billing, expense tracking, P&L reporting, and one branch. Six- and 12-month Starter plans cost ₹1,999 and ₹3,299. Its breadth is the main appeal: GymShakti connects daily attendance and member records with lead conversion, renewals, billing, and retention messaging. Integrations include Razorpay, WhatsApp Business API, and UPI, while payment support covers UPI, cards, and net banking. The member mobile web app and QR workflow suit gyms that want mobile access without centering operations on a desktop. Choose GymShakti if Indian billing, WhatsApp communication, and broad operational coverage matter more than a free entry tier. Gyms seeking a free plan or a narrowly focused check-in tool should consider alternatives.
