GymMaster is cloud-based management software for gyms, health clubs, and fitness businesses that want marketing functions alongside daily operations. It combines member records, memberships, class and personal-training scheduling, online bookings, recurring billing, payment processing, access control, digital forms, waivers, point of sale, inventory, and reporting. Members can use a web portal or iOS and Android app to view schedules, book sessions, manage payments, and receive reminders. Multi-site and franchise operations are supported, making the product suited to businesses managing more than one location.
Pricing is organized by current-member capacity and billed per site per month. Foundation costs $89 per site per month for up to 100 current members and includes bookings, automated billing, the member app, point of sale, and inventory management. Advanced costs $129 for up to 400 current members and adds real-time reporting. Professional costs $209 for up to 1,300 current members, with point of sale and inventory management included. Enterprise supports unlimited current members and uses quote-based pricing. Annual payment receives a 10% discount, and prices exclude tax. There is no free plan.
The product’s breadth is its main distinction for gyms that want marketing and retention automation connected to core management workflows. Online signups and website integrations can support acquisition, while automated reminders, bookings, billing, and the member app support ongoing engagement. Integrations include billing providers, website integrations, third-party systems, and an API, with web, iOS, and Android access. AI features are included across plans. GymMaster is a strong fit for operators seeking one system across membership, payments, scheduling, and retention. Gyms focused primarily on specialized lead-generation tooling may prefer a more narrowly focused marketing product.
