GymCare is gym management software for independent gyms, fitness studios, personal trainers, and multi-branch operators. It brings member profiles, plans, payment history, attendance, trainer assignments, GST invoices, class scheduling, workout and diet plans, renewal reminders, complaints, and branch reporting into one system. Owners, trainers, and members each have a dedicated interface through the Owner Dashboard, Trainer App, and Member App. It runs on web, iOS, and Android.

Pricing starts with the Starter plan at INR 2,500 per month or INR 24,000 per year. It includes the Owner Dashboard, Trainer App, Member App, plans, payments, invoices, and biometric and manual attendance. Growth costs INR 4,000 monthly or INR 38,400 annually and adds expense tracking and reports. Pro costs INR 7,000 monthly or INR 67,200 annually and adds complaints management. Enterprise includes custom branding and dedicated support. The pricing page states that GST is extra, while annual billing saves 20%.

Attendance is a central strength, with biometric, QR-code, mobile-app, and manual check-in options. Expired-membership alerts at check-in can help staff identify account issues, while daily and monthly reports can be exported as CSV or Excel files. Multi-branch management, trainer attendance, billing, class booking, and follow-ups extend GymCare beyond a basic entry log. It suits established gyms that need connected attendance and administrative workflows across locations. A smaller facility seeking only straightforward check-in may find the paid, wide-ranging system more than it needs.
