Gymanger is sports facility management software for gyms, fitness clubs, martial arts clubs, CrossFit boxes, and other facilities. It brings together member management, billing, bookings, scheduling, staff tools, facility access, attendance tracking, reporting, and multi-branch management. Members can check in with QR codes, RFID/NFC cards, PINs, or biometric readers. Operators can also record guest visits, monitor no-shows, track class and staff attendance, and review member attendance history. The web, iOS, and Android platforms support both operators and members through centralized dashboards, a member portal, and mobile access.
Its strongest fit is an organization that needs more than a basic front-desk attendance log. Gymanger supports branch-level reporting, consolidated multi-branch dashboards, CSV export, billing, invoicing, and payment history. Hardware connections include RFID/NFC cards, biometric fingerprint readers, and turnstiles, giving facilities several access-control paths. Mobile check-in is supported, while visitor check-in is also part of the attendance workflow. These capabilities make it suitable for gyms coordinating members, guests, classes, staff, and branches in one system.
The published plans are Starter, Pro, and Elite. Each plan lists Members, Trainers, Billing, Attendance, Notifications, and Member Portal, so the stated plan summaries do not distinguish which capabilities are added at higher tiers. Gymanger is a paid product without a free plan. It should suit multi-branch operators that value flexible access methods and consolidated reporting. Facilities specifically seeking kiosk mode may need a different option, and smaller gyms that only need simple check-in could find its broader management scope unnecessary.
