GuruPDF is a web-based PDF toolkit for individuals, small businesses, and developers who need to edit, annotate, convert, organize, protect, or process documents in a browser. Its feature set includes text editing, text overlays, signatures, redaction, OCR for scanned PDFs, page operations, compression, and PDF protection. A REST API extends the product to programmatic file conversion, making it relevant for workflows that need browser access or API-based processing without installing software.
Pricing is built around credits. The free plan provides free daily credits and does not require a credit card to start. Starter costs $9.99 per month or $99 per year and includes 500 credits per month. Professional costs $24.99 per month or $249 per year with 2,500 credits per month, while Business costs $49.99 per month or $499 per year with 10,000 credits per month. Enterprise has custom pricing. A one-time 100 Credits option costs $2.99, and those credits do not expire. Published subscription prices are flat plan prices rather than per-user prices.
