Guestio is a web and mobile marketplace for podcast hosts, content creators, and guests. Hosts can browse guest profiles, find shows, coordinate appearances, exchange messages, access press kits, and manage bookings from one dashboard. Guests can discover shows, submit pitches, create profiles, and manage their bookings. The product is suited to podcast participants who want discovery and booking activity in the same service, particularly teams that work across web, iOS, and Android.
Its main strength is the way marketplace discovery connects with communication and scheduling. Users can browse by category and tag, review guest and show profiles, exchange messages with text and email notifications, and propose interview time slots. A unified booking dashboard and communication history provide a central view of activity, while downloadable press kits and audio and video guest pitches add context before a booking. Show search analytics and MINIVIEW audio and video responses extend the workflow beyond basic introductions.
Guestio offers a free plan with guest or show discovery, built-in messaging, guest press-kit access, and unified booking tracking. The Pro plan adds personalized profiles, audio and video guest pitches, unlimited Smartlist, unlimited bookings, unlimited MINIVIEWs, and a customizable booking flow. A 14-day free trial is also available. The category specifications list guest scheduling, guest CRM, and custom intake forms, while calendar synchronization is not included. Choose Guestio if marketplace access and mobile coverage are central to your booking process. Consider another option if direct calendar synchronization is essential or if you only need a narrower scheduling tool.
