GSLB.me is a hosted authoritative DNS and global server load balancing service for organizations steering traffic among distributed servers. Its routing options span geography by country, region, ASN, or ISP, as well as proximity, weighted, priority, and round-robin balancing. Teams that need DNS-level traffic decisions, endpoint monitoring, and failover in one service are the clearest fit; it may be more than needed for teams seeking only basic DNS hosting.

The free access tier includes authoritative DNS, a geohost with up to two targets, health monitoring, and balancing algorithms. Paid access is split into subscriptions: authoritative DNS adds unlimited records and vanity DNS; geohost subscriptions provide geohosts with balancing algorithms; and health-monitoring subscriptions allow an unrestricted number of custom checks. A 15-day free trial is also offered. This modular structure lets teams select service areas individually, but buyers should account for the separate subscriptions rather than expect one all-inclusive paid plan.

Health checks cover ICMP, TCP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, and email protocols, and service availability can trigger automatic DNS rerouting. The cloud service also supports dynamic DNS, DNSSEC, query statistics and reporting, and a REST API for DNS management and statistics. CDN providers are listed as integrations, and web and API are the available platforms. Organizations needing broad routing controls with monitoring and API access should consider GSLB.me; teams that prefer a bundled plan or do not need global traffic steering may be better served by a simpler DNS option.
