Greenroom is an open-source conference program platform for organizers managing speakers from call for speakers through publication. It combines application forms, blind review, speaker status tracking, onboarding tasks, agenda building, communications, and publishing in an event workspace. Speakers can submit talks, update profiles, and follow their status through a portal, while organizers manage reviews, scheduling, confirmations, feedback, reminders, and calendar invitations. It is aimed at teams that want end-to-end control and the option to self-host.
Platform fit is a central strength. Greenroom offers web access, a REST API for sessions, submissions, and speaker profiles, signed webhooks for submission events, embeddable public widgets, and one-way Airtable synchronization.
