Gracely is church management software for congregations and multi-campus churches that want one system for people, families, groups, events, attendance, giving, communications, and administration. It suits small churches seeking a free starting point, as well as growing organizations that need child check-in, volunteer scheduling, accounting, or multi-campus management. Access is available through the web, iOS, and Android, with the My Gracely mobile app supporting the broader church portal experience.
Pricing follows a freemium structure. The Free Plan costs $0 per month with monthly billing and includes unlimited people and member management, groups and families management, event management, attendance tracking, and in-app chat. The Standard Plan adds online giving, contributions tracking, a church portal, a member directory, and standard email support. It costs $19 per month with annual billing or $29 per month with monthly billing. The Pro Plan adds secure child check-in, accounting, form building, volunteer scheduling, and multi-campus management. It costs $49 per month annually or $59 per month monthly. A 30-day free trial is also available.
Gracely’s strongest fit is for churches that want breadth rather than a narrowly focused check-in tool. Its kiosk check-in supports phone numbers or QR codes, while secure child check-in adds printed child and guardian labels plus pickup codes. The platform also covers announcements, email, SMS, in-app chat, forms, appointments, and volunteer scheduling. Online giving works through Stripe and PayPal, and the church portal brings together events, giving, announcements, groups, and the directory. Choose Gracely if free church management and an upgrade path matter; consider another option if your workflow requires a check-in mode beyond kiosk use.
