GoWorks is an open-source desktop application for Google Workspace administrators managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and account changes. Its guided workflows cover common departure tasks, while account suspension, deletion, restoration, aliases, forwarding, and group membership controls support access removal and account cleanup. The application is distributed for Windows and macOS and is licensed under Apache 2.0, making it a focused option for teams that want local administration rather than a vendor-hosted backend.

Its strongest fit comes from the depth of its Google Workspace tooling. Administrators can process bulk suspensions or deletions from CSV files, manage groups and memberships, edit and deploy Gmail signature templates, and review audit-log, storage, and usage reports. The Google Workspace and Google Cloud integrations keep the product centered on one ecosystem, which suits organizations already standardizing identity and collaboration administration there. It is less suitable for teams seeking a cross-platform offboarding system spanning multiple workplace suites.
