GoSearch Analytics is an enterprise search analytics product for organizations using GoSearch across workplace applications and data sources. It is aimed at internal search teams, knowledge workers, and administrators responsible for improving search relevance, identifying knowledge gaps, and understanding AI and workflow adoption. Its reporting covers search behavior, query patterns, zero-result searches, department usage, connected sources, and feedback.
Pricing follows a freemium model. The Free plan costs $0 per user per month and includes basic private connectors, Slack and Teams integrations, the GoSearch extension, and Google SSO. The Pro plan costs $20 per user per month with monthly billing, adding access to all private connectors, unlimited searches, unlimited GoAI conversations, AI agents, workflows and tasks, and role-based access control. Enterprise adds shared and private connectors, the GoSearch API, SSO / SAML / SCIM, advanced permissions, an audit log, and BYO cloud. The product is available through the web, a Chrome extension, and an API, with integrations including Jira, Asana, Google Drive, ClickUp, Notion, Zoom, Confluence, Zendesk, Google Docs, Monday.com, Gmail, ServiceNow, Linear, Greenhouse, and Miro.
Its clearest strength is the connection between usage measurement and search improvement. Teams can detect zero-result searches, review search and AI feedback, analyze usage signals, manage answers and glossaries, and verify or deprecate resources. Workspace audit logging and enterprise access controls support administrative oversight. GoSearch Analytics is a strong fit for organizations already standardizing on GoSearch and looking to improve internal discovery or measure AI adoption. It is less suitable for ecommerce, public website, or general site-search analytics, where workplace search and connected-application reporting are not the primary need.
