Google reCAPTCHA helps protect websites and mobile applications from automated abuse, spam and fraud. It is suited to teams that want bot checks across web and Android, with options ranging from background risk scoring to visible challenges. Adaptive risk analysis uses behavior and device signals, and suspicious traffic can be shown a challenge. Web APIs and Android SDKs provide integration paths for those platforms.

Verification choices include score-based reCAPTCHA v3, checkbox reCAPTCHA v2, and an invisible badge. The service also supports screen readers and audio CAPTCHA challenges. That range can suit sites that want to vary the verification experience according to risk, as well as teams protecting Android apps. Its documented platform support is web and Android; teams requiring protection on other mobile platforms should assess alternatives against their requirements.

The published plans start with Essentials, which provides bot defense and up to 10,000 assessments per organization per calendar month at no charge, with no billing commitment. Essentials requests stop after that quota unless billing is enabled.
