Google Cloud Application Integration review
A low-cost visual integration platform with strong Google Cloud alignment and narrower coverage.

Google Cloud Application Integration is a fully managed, serverless platform for connecting Google Cloud services, third-party SaaS applications, databases, and APIs. It is designed for integration developers, enterprise architects, business analysts, and teams automating processes such as lead management, procurement, customer-data synchronization, and supply-chain workflows. The web-based platform uses a drag-and-drop designer and supports API calls, REST integrations, notifications, approvals, and control-flow tasks.
Pricing is structured around a free tier, pay-as-you-go usage, and a subscription option. The free tier covers integrations with Google Cloud services, up to 20 GiB of data processed per month, and the first two connection nodes for Google services. Pay-as-you-go pricing is $0.50 per 1,000 executions per month, with additional charges for connection nodes, Google service connection nodes, data processing, and networking. The subscription plan includes 24M integration calls per year and 50 connection units. Teams should assess connection and data-processing needs alongside execution volume before choosing a paid model.
Its strongest fit is for cloud teams that want visual workflow design within the Google Cloud ecosystem. Prebuilt connectors include Salesforce, MySQL, Cloud Pub/Sub, HubSpot, and Zendesk, while custom connectors can be based on OpenAPI specifications. Webhook and event-driven triggers, visual data mapping, reusable templates, sub-integrations, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and Gemini-assisted integration creation extend the platform beyond basic API calls. The narrower verified integration coverage and Google Cloud limitation of the free tier make it less suitable for teams seeking the broadest cross-platform ecosystem or self-hosted deployment.
