GoodAccess is a cloud-based business VPN and zero-trust network access platform for small and midsize businesses, larger organizations, and teams supporting private systems, cloud environments, office networks, and business applications. It combines dedicated VPN gateways with static IP addresses, identity-based access cards, encrypted remote access, split tunneling, DNS filtering, threat blocking, and two-factor authentication. Applications are available across web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, with ChromeOS also listed among the supported platforms.

The pricing structure separates basic internet protection from broader business-network controls. The free Starter plan covers secure internet access and online threat protection for business teams. Essential adds a dedicated cloud VPN and static IP whitelisting at $7 per user per month with annual billing, or $9 per user per month with monthly billing. Premium adds Zero Trust Architecture plus multi-site and cloud business support at $11 per user per month annually, or $14 per user per month monthly. Enterprise includes enterprise features and premium 24/7 support. A 14-day free trial is also available.

GoodAccess is strongest where access policy, infrastructure connectivity, and operational visibility need to work together. Device posture checks can inform policy-based access decisions, while cloud and branch connectors support private clouds, data centers, and LANs. SSO and SCIM provisioning connect with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud; AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud are also supported, alongside Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Cortex, and GreyCortex. Gateway- and system-level logs support administrative oversight. Choose it for teams needing broad VPN security controls and hybrid access; organizations seeking open-source deployment should look elsewhere.
