GoldFynch is a cloud-based eDiscovery review and production platform for legal teams, law firms, and organizations handling electronically stored information. It supports browser uploads of documents, emails, archives, and productions, then provides viewing, search, OCR, classification, review, tagging, redaction, Bates numbering, and production tools. Its browser-based approach suits small matters that need core case workflows without an on-premises deployment.
Pricing is organized by case storage and billed monthly. The Free trial case is fully functional for 90 days and does not require a credit card. The 3 GB case costs $27 per case per month and includes unlimited free processing, unlimited free users and sharing, and unlimited free productions. The 50 GB case costs $342 per case per month with the same listed allowances. This structure keeps the entry tier accessible for smaller cases, while larger matters face a significant increase in monthly cost as storage needs grow.
GoldFynch’s strongest functional area is its coverage of everyday review and production work. Boolean, keyword, and metadata search work alongside native document viewing, automated OCR, automatic classification, email and attachment relationships, email threading, near-duplicate detection, review sets, redaction stamps, Bates numbering, and load-file production.
