Godlike review
Godlike.Host — Minecraft and game server hosting with one-click modpacks, up to three free backups a day and DDoS protection.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
Godlike.Host is the game-hosting brand of Godlike Digital Solutions, a Romanian company founded in 2021 by server admins and infrastructure engineers. It is best known for Minecraft and also runs servers for more than 40 other games, from Rust, ARK and Valheim to Palworld, FiveM and Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Its strongest suit is modded Minecraft. It has an install page for 45 modpacks, each stating the RAM and Minecraft version the pack needs: 12 GB for All the Mods 10, 6 GB for RLCraft or Cobblemon. The panel installs and updates mods and modpacks for you. Most of its game servers come with DDoS protection and up to three free backups a day, and Minecraft servers can also be managed through a Discord bot.
Getting started is easy. A free 2 GB Minecraft plan lets you try the panel before paying, and paid plans start at 2 GB with every server location and the full game panel. For more control, its gaming VPS runs on AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processors with root access, in Ashburn, Portland, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Singapore.
The trade-offs are on its own pages too. On-page offers change the price you see, the money-back guarantee covers only the first purchase within three days, and the free plan has to be extended every few hours. Its dedicated servers are announced but cannot be ordered yet (October 2026).
Godlike pros and cons
- Where it wins
- One-click modded Minecraft. It has a page for 45 modpacks (Cobblemon, All the Mods 9/10/11, RLCraft, Pixelmon, SkyFactory …), each with recommended RAM and version, plus a built-in mod installer and updater.
- Easy to start. A free 2 GB Minecraft plan lets you try the panel first, and paid plans start at 2 GB with every server location and the full game panel.
- Safety nets included. Up to three free backups a day, DDoS protection on game servers, and its own panel with a task scheduler and role-based access.
- Where it doesn't
- Prices are hard to pin down. Prices differ by region, and on-page offers and countdown deals change the price you see, so check the renewal price at checkout.
- The refund window is short. A voluntary money-back guarantee covers only the first purchase, within 3 calendar days (terms 5.3).
- The free plan is a starter. It must be extended every 3 hours, with limited panel features and one location. The dedicated servers are announced but not yet orderable.
