GoDaddy Managed VPS Hosting is designed for businesses, developers, and website operators that want dedicated CPU, RAM, and storage without handling every server administration task themselves. It combines provider-managed virtual private servers with root access, control-panel support, monitoring, DDoS protection, automated snapshots, and managed operating-system and control-panel updates. The service runs on the web and supports cPanel/WHM, Plesk Obsidian Webhost Edition, and Installatron.

The four plans scale from 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, and 40 GB NVMe SSD storage to 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, and 100 GB NVMe SSD storage, then 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, and 200 GB NVMe SSD storage. The highest plan keeps 4 vCPU and 200 GB NVMe SSD storage while increasing RAM to 16 GB. Every listed plan includes snapshot backups and a dedicated management team. The entry plan is Linux only, while the other three are compatible with Linux or Windows, making the higher tiers more suitable when operating-system flexibility matters.

Management is the central value. The service includes proactive server monitoring, managed patching and updates, network monitoring, DDoS protection, seven days of automated snapshot backups, and on-demand backups. Root access remains available up to the operating-system level, while unlimited hosting accounts and control-panel choices support multi-site administration. Choose it if you want managed server operations alongside VPS control and hosting-panel compatibility. Consider another configuration if you need Windows on the smallest plan or require a different resource mix than these four tiers provide.
