Glue Up is a cloud-based platform for associations, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, and other member-based organizations. It brings membership management, CRM, event registration, email communications, online payments, directories, content access, and community features into one system. Teams can manage applications, approvals, membership types, renewals, recurring payments, member records, events, and communications, while members can use My Glue for profiles, memberships, registrations, payments, directories, groups, and messaging. It is particularly suited to professional associations with event-heavy programs.
Pricing is structured around annual plans. Professional starts at $3,000 per year and includes membership management, event management, CRM and email communications, online payments and invoicing, plus newsletter and marketing emails. Advanced is listed at $8,000 per year and adds advanced member engagement capabilities, automation and workflows, integrations, reporting and insights, and LMS training and licenses for up to five team members. Enterprise adds a dedicated customer success manager, multi-chapter and multi-location management, enterprise-level support, enhanced AI capabilities, and multi-language and multi-currency capability. There is no free plan, and payment processing fees are charged per transaction.
The platform’s main strength is breadth within association operations. Membership applications, renewals, dues, recurring payments, member-only pages, event ticketing, surveys, segmentation, community groups, direct messaging, and digital business cards cover a wide operating scope. Integrations include Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, Outlook, Zoom, and Cvent, while Glue Up Manager supports mobile administration. Choose Glue Up when a connected membership, event, communication, and community system justifies the annual investment. Organizations seeking a narrower, lower-cost membership tool may prefer a simpler alternative.
